TeenFit is an ongoing program specifically created for Teens
Whether you want to try something different, learn new skills, or improve your sports performance, TeenFit is for you!
Teens will be introduced to proper lifting technique, basic weight training principles, and learn about important but often missed aspects of athletics like nutrition, sleep, and active recovery.
Tuesdays and Thursday starting 1:00-2:30pm

* If fewer than 6 teens are signed up by May 31st, this year's teenfit will be cancelled and all fees refunded.

TeenFit 'Summer Edition' is a 6 week program. The fee covers the entire period from May 31st to July 7th.
