"Redox is always manageable, and I can scale the workout to whatever's possible for me that day"
Redox has been an essential part of my life since I joined two years ago. I started out going just a couple of times a week, and it turned out to be my favorite way to exercise so I go more often now. The workouts are just right for what I need, with lots of variety. High intensity interval workouts and weight lifting have been a good way to rebuild energy and strength after little injuries and being hard on my body in the past. I find that no matter how I might feel after a day of work, showing up to Redox is always manageable, and I can scale the workout to whatever’s possible for me that day. It’s also so enjoyable to have a sense of community with people I see regularly in the classes. Being part of Redox is a great health and social activity all in one.
